Get Your Cash Out

Whether you need better terms or cash, BD Capital has extensive experience in leveraging your property to get the cash you need out.  Our direct program can get you 70-75% LTV and no tax returns or income verification needed.  With asset based financing, if your property can support it we are good to go.

TYPICAL DEAL TYPES

Fix and Flip - Generally 85-90% LTC both purchase and rehab funds.  The term is generally for one year with rates at 8-10% Interest only

Permanent - Usually 75-80% LTV and terms from a 3-5 year and up to a 30 year fully amortized loan with rates 5-7%

Refinances -  70-75% Cashout without limitations on use of funds.  Lines of credit available to harness equity in one building to use to purchase other properties
